Fixing Plate Heat Exchanger Gasket

The following photos are Alfa Laval heat exchanger plates during gasket installation. Learn more about Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger.
The black clip on gaskets can be seen beside the plates. Clip on gaskets do not need glue to be positioned on the plates.
This plate is not really clean. Can you see the brownish colour on the plate. That is traces of dry oil still sticking on the plate.Labels: Heat Exchanger

hi zaki, i stumble upon ur blog while searching for tutorial or ebook about palm oil refining plant. I am working on a project now and since I am only 3 months old in refining line, so it is really tough at the beginning for me but i find it fun too tho :)
for your info, am working with alfa laval and PHE design is one of my job scope too :). We use our in house PHE for our refining plant.
